Gordon Hotel 2 Person Ambrose

A great field of players, novices and hackers joined in the 2 Person Ambrose on Sunday to see who would take home the big prizes. Victorious in their quests for part of the $1500 team prizes were Mens: Trent Cooper and Jon Gegg on 58, Social: Eddie Sivell and Craig Wray (63.75) and the Mixed: Berryl Howe and Pat Smith (59.75).
Taking out the second prize pools were Men: Josh Cooper and Anthony Cooper (58.75), Social : Michael Montgomery and Jason Gray (67), and the mixed went to Tracey and Shane Cooper (66.5).
Third prizes were won by Brian Mills and Tom Heath (Mens -59) , Rob Kelly and Tony Masi  (Social – 71) and Ian Mackay and Joy Leary (Mixed – 67.25).
With only a couple of players on target for the day many nearest the pins went begging with only Shane Cooper on the Goulburn Produce Mitre 10  5th hole and Ron Wenban on the Goulburn Soldier’s Club 14th  able to find the marks well enough to receive the winnings.

Thanks to all of the volunteers for their work getting the course ready and for the food supplied on the day.
