Goulburn Soldiers Club 12 hole comp

Nicole Minney proved victorious last week on a course toughened by the much needed rains. Nicole’s recent return to golf saw her score 22 points over the 12 holes and take the $25 voucher provided by the Goulburn Soldiers Club. Wayne Minney also found the conditions challenging but managed to do just enough to take out second place with 16.

Due to the recent flooding of the course there will be no competition for the 12 holes this week while the course dries out a bit more but players can practice over the 1st, 10th, 11th and 12th holes in the meantime. We are expecting to recommence competitions from Friday this week.

Notices: The Sunday competition will return February 23 with the Stroke Monthly Medal round. Thanks to our volunteers for their efforts cleaning up the course after the floods. It will take a while to get it all due to the amount of debris that has floated downstream onto the course, so patience would be appreciated. Tully Park junior golf coaching return this Saturday from 8.30 to 10am.
