Gordon Hotel Sunday Competition

The final Gordon Hotel sponsored Sunday competition was a low scoring round for almost everyone with honours going to Ian Peterson on 65 nett as he took out the A grade and stoke win. Chris Elliott took B Grade honours and Royce Dockett the C Grade with both making 67 nett. Along with Russell Lieschke on 67 they were the only players to break par for the round. Tony Clewett also made the rundown on 69.  Nearest the pin on the 5th hole sponsored by Goulburn Produce and Mitre 10  went to Chris Elliott while the Workers Club 8th went to Ian Peterson. The RSM Bird Cameron 7th was not won. Congratulations to Brian Mills on his raffle win for the day.

Next, Sunday May 5, is the annual Tully Park v RSL 4BBB Stableford day with a big roll up able to enjoy a BBQ afterwards. Round 2 of the Tully Pairs Event will be run in conjunction with this event.

Saturday May 4 is the monthly Par 3 event. Tee off from 8am to 3pm with all regular and new to golf players welcome to come and enjoy the fun.

Thank you to both Platon Antony of Antony Autos and Eric Brown of Brown’s Service Centre for your generous business donations to Tully.
