Huge thanks to all of the valued members for their assistance in preparing the course and clubhouse for our pennants hosting on Sunday and to those who helped out on the day. It was greatly appreciated by the visiting players and the committee.

Goulburn Soldiers Club 12 hole event

Darrell Spence led the way in the 12 hole event last week with a 25 point round. Don Grimston and Chris Ryan both scored 24 and Ron Nunn 23, Bryson Plumb and Brian Larkin 22 made it into the rundown.  With cart hire for the club members playing in Tully competitions only $10 it’s a great way to play comp and support the club.

Pennants

While the B grade team helped out with hosting duties back home the junior players along with their Gold Creek team-mates were chalking up some points against the team from Royal Canberra. Rheannah Webb won her match 2 up and Lachlan Bill won 2 and 1 assisting the team to a 6 -0 win at Belconnen. Next week they play Federal at Federal as the start of the final three matches with all of them against the teams near the top of the ladder.

The men travel to Yowani to play Yass.
