Sunday Competition
The stableford event on Sunday was won by Luke Dixon on 38 points. Dean Horne was next ahead of Luke Wray on 35 after countback. Tony McLaughlin, Alan McDonald and John Smith each had 34, Tom Heath 33 and Darryl Robertson had 32.
Glenn Baxter won the mystery holes on the Goulburn Solar 3rd, Worker Club 8th and Argyle Cleaning 17th where he had 8 points. The nearest the pin for the Alan Bill Electrical 7th hole was won by John Smith and for the Goulburn Soldiers Club 14th Ray Turner took the honours. Drive and pitch for the Lee and Thomas 13th was Glenn Baxter and for the Carpet Court 16th Rusell Schmitt came in closest.
Sunday May 18 is round 2 of the foursome championships. Teams can still enter for the this round even if they missed the first one.
A reminder that the matchplay draw is out and players need to check their competitors and organise their matches asap.
Memberships are coming due at the end of June and can be renewed at the clubhouse or through the membership tab on the website at tullyparkgolf.com.au. Full member – $350, 65 years and over – $240, Under 18s – $80. A $10 discount for Goulburn Soldiers Club members.

Goulburn Soldiers Club Competition
Kerry Bensley took top honours last week with 26 points followed closely by Geoff Selmes and Maxine Mclaughlin both on 25. Stephen Rigby had 24, Malcolm Young and Ian Baxter each 23, Wayne Blay 22 and Mick Gray and Kim Fahey both finished off the rundown on 21 on countback.
The Goulburn Soldiers Club 12 hole competition is great to get a quick round of golf and can be played any day of the week. Cost is only $10 for members and $20 for non-members.
Ladies Competition
Maxine McLaughlin was the division 1 winner last Monday with 74 nett while also winning the putting with 31and Frances Miners won division 2 with 72 nett. The division 2 putting winner was Beryl Gray with 32. The rundown included Georgina Cook 75, Heather Buchanan 76, Gail Kennerley 79 and Beryl Gray 80. The Mother’s day trophies went to Georgina Cook and Gail Kennerley for div 1 and 2 respectively.
