Local Rules:
- Out of Bounds (OOB)
a) those areas beyond the clubs boundary fences.
b) those areas beyond the white stakes with black tops, or the black (oil) lines. - Protection of Trees
If a tree of shrub which is staked or less than 2 metres in height interferes with the players stance or area of his intended swing, relief MUST be taken in accordance with Rule 24-2b (immovable Obstruction) - Power Lines
If a ball strikes an overhead power line and/or pole the ball MUST be replayed without penalty. - Ground Under Repair (GUR)
a) All areas marked by white lines and/or white stakes. Note: The stakes are immovable obstructions.
b) Wheel marks: Clearly defined indentations or ruts made by a mower, tractor or motor vehicle. - Under Repair (GUR) – Play Prohibited
Cultivated garden beds through the green are to be treated as GUR from which play is prohibited. If a players ball lies in a garden bed or if the garden bed interferes with the players stance or the area of his intended swing, the player MUST take relief as provided in Rule 25-1. - Hazards
a) Water Hazards are defined by yellow lines and/or stakes. Note: The stakes are immovable obstructions.
b) Lateral water hazards are defined by red lines and/or stakes. Note: The stakes are immovable obstructions.
Penalty for breach of local rules: Stroke Play – 2 strokes # Match Play – Loss of hole
